Random Inspirationals

Feeling drowsy on a non-inspirational Monday? Feel drowsy NO MORE!

For tired writers everywhere--WRITE ON!

Super cute card by a wonderful new (CANADIAN!!) brand I've just found called Dani Press. Lots of wonderful, inspirational cards.
And of course, what about Megan Fox is NOT inspirational?

An Ideal Boy and Means of Recreation

Here are some Indian educational charts in the form of postcards. Mildly amusing, if I do say so myself. Look out for teeth-brushers and be sure to hit up the circus!

National Stationery Show?!?!?!

No one ever told me there was a NATIONAL STATIONERY SHOW!!! This is absolutely revolutionary--I can't believe I never knew! Next year I will definitely have to go! Here are some photos courtesy of Design*Sponge, which is this super awesome and super cute blog that I stumbled across!
If you want to check out more photos from the show, Design*Sponge has a whole bunch of them and they're not just of cards--there's calendars and all sorts of little papery (and not papery) things! You should definitely check it out!

I don't know about you...

...but this card is very characteristic of many a messy weekend.
...and this just looks delicious. Have a messy one! :)

Brown Paper Packages...

...tied up with strings, these are a few of my favourite things! Ok, so they're not quite brown paper packages tied up with strings, but here are a few adorable cards that come in wonderfully authentic and antique-feeling brown envelopes. There's something about a brown envelope that just adds that special something, you know? Well, maybe you don't, but I sure do! ;P
As always, sealed with love. xx

That Last Slice...

This is a belated birthday card to my friend, and yet again, it's all too true! Haha

The Only Way

I used to be obsessed with feel good YouTube videos, and now I remember why, and it was the genius of Edward Monkton who so aptly reminded me. Sigh.
Here are some feel-good YouTube videos as well. Make your heart swell with happiness. :)
Matt Harding, always a favourite. And...
Hope they make your insides glow with happiness!

Fun for the whole family:

Magazine clippings. Well, not really the whole family, but for your girlfriends to whom you send massive amounts of cards every single months, spending heaps in postage, constantly perusing fancy boutiques more for your benefit than for theirs--AHEM AHEM. (lol) Anyways, here are some cute ones courtesy of the February (or was it March?) Glamour.
Let's not lie, we can all relate.
So cute, eh?
From one friend to another...
This man is ADORABLE. I must say.

In honour of the BEST CITY in the world...

Or, at the very least, the best city on the west coast of North America, aka, VANCOUVER, BC! As we have duly noted, I am a fan of the city. And so, here are some things I received in the mail to celebrate just how wonderful this city is, even after our big Olympic moment died down--though let us not forget that Canada won not only the most medals ever for the Canadian team at an Olympics, that we did it on Canadian soil, and not only that, we won fourteen gold medals, the most gold medals ever of a host country of the Winter Olympics, and, incidentally, the most golds ever won by a single country at the Winter Olympics. Ok, now my gloating moment is over. Lol.
This is another Regional Assembly of Text card. They are based in Vancouver, and so are very good at making amazing Vancouver cards. I will wear this pin over my heart. :)
If you haven't been to Vancouver, it's worth it alone for the food. I must say, it is exquisite. Definitely check it out. The New York Times agrees, and that's saying something.
Ohhhhhhhhh, Canada!

Leprechauns

Happy Saint Patty's Day! Here are some cool cards in celebration of a pretty awesome Irish Holiday...
James Joyce card? Doesn't get much better than that. Plus, he kind of looks like a leprechaun, eh?
Just cause on Saint Patty's Day, it's ok to be a fatty. Lol.
Not really related, but at the same time it's got sheep, it rhymes, and its green. And I know someone out there who identifies with it. ;)
